Villa Gilda is a beautiful villa set in a peaceful and rural location near the baroque town of Noto, an idyllic base for exploring the rural south-east coast of Sicily. A modern structure made of pale, local stone, the villa sits gracefully on a hillside overlooking olive groves which stretch to the coast. Guests are encouraged to enjoy outside living to the full. You can help yourself to fruit and vegetables grown in the garden, cool off in the inviting pool, have a siesta on a sun lounger and dine together under a pergola.

Interior:
The uncluttered interiors of Villa Gilda have a clean, modern finish throughout with carefully chosen furniture and furnishings in a neutral colour palette of contemporary grey, white and beige. The living space is on the ground floor with a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room which opens out to the terrace, furnished with an outside sofa and chairs to take in the beautiful views. Internal stairs to the lower floor. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, each with their bathroom and french windows opening out to the garden. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, service bathroom, terrace. Lower floor: Two double bedrooms each with its spacious en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has one single bed and a en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower. It is possible to add a single bed or a cot on request.
Park:
The garden has been landscaped to enhance the surroundings, incorporating olive trees and traditional stone walls with palms, cactus and a smooth green lawn.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool measures 10 m. x 4 m. and is 1.50 m. deep. It is accessible directly from the kitchen door and is complete with sun loungers and parasol for shade. The area for al fresco dining is adjacent.
Pets: Small size dogs on request. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
In case of non-disposal of urban waste, the payment of Euro 30.00 per week will be required at check-out.
